Terms of payment:

Half the rental price is required upon booking.

The balance is due no later than 1 month before the start of the stay.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or by French check.

Terms of cancelation:

The booking can be canceled free of charge up to 2 months before the start of the stay.

In the event of cancellation between 1 and 2 months before the start of the stay, half the rental price will remain due.

No refund will be possible in the event of cancellation less than one month before the start of the stay.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of 500 euros is requested.
